Tier 2 is a software product, like LegalZoom or similar online document services. You complete an extended interview that asks for the additional information needed to fill in court documents — petitioner address, court details, conviction case numbers, etc. The software then assembles the documents from Indiana statutory templates using your answers.

No attorney reviews your documents. No attorney reviews your case. The software runs on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing the documents the software produces, for filing them correctly with the court, for serving the prosecutor, and for any hearing the court may set.

Purchase of Tier 2 does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Spindler Law or Jason M. Spindler. Information you provide is protected by ordinary confidentiality and data-protection laws, but is not protected by attorney-client privilege. Tier 2 is governed by our Terms of Service.
